- Wills - We ensure that provision is made for your family taking into account Capital Gains and Inheritance Taxes.
- Administration of Estates - We deal effectively and sympathetically with matters arising after death. As well as administering the Estate we advise on Tax Planning for Beneficiaries.
- Charities and Trusts - We have considerable experience in the setting up and administration of Charities. We also advise on a wide range of Trust related matters.
- Financial Services - We provide the full range of advice on Mortgages, Pensions, Life Assurance and Investment with the assistance of the Law Society Financial Services Advice Limited.
